The lobsters have arrived!

The lobsters have arrived!  Three beautiful, live 2 1/2 pounders from Young's Lobster Pound in Belfast, Maine.  Our Christmas feast (which is actually happening tomorrow) menu: lobster a l'americaine over white rice, scalded fresh green beans, and creme brulee.  You should all be envious!  :)
