Oh, it's so nice ... to be able to get back to our routine of walking every day. We just got back from our third walk of the season, Debbie and I, and the two younger mutts. The photo at right is a 225° panorama from the highest altitude point we reached. That road is actually straight – the distortion from the panorama process really makes that hard to see! It was beautiful walking conditions, though we saw little other than a few voles the dogs spotted. No matter; it felt great to get out. Debbie is getting better on every walk. Today was her first walk without her walking sticks, and she did fine. We did about 1.8 miles today, with a little more elevation change (about 450' each way) than usual.
We're leaving soon to go join my brother Scott for a Sunday “lupper” at Angie's. Today is chicken soup day, so we'll be having that for sure. I'm feeling like some fish and chips, unless their special is mighty appealing...
