Mom's paintings... Here are a batch of my mom's paintings, unpacked as I go through her stuff. I have quite a few more after these! Many of these I'll be shipping out to relatives and mom's friends, but a few of them will stay here in Paradise. One of those will be the fourth one in this batch, the mailboxes. The second one (a van Gogh knockoff) will be staying in Newton (not far from Paradise) with my brother Scott.
It's been several years since mom last painted a picture. I think she started taking lessons in the '80s, so that means her painting spanned about 30 years. I have absolutely no clue what order these were painted in :) For me, mom's craft works, including these paintings, are my favorite mementos of her...
