The government is about to screw something up again...  That was my first thought when I saw this headline:

Curbside recycling may get scaled back in rural Cache County

Cache County is where we live.  But then I read the article, and it looks instead like common sense being applied in a careful, thoughtful way.  By a government!  Unbelievable!
