Heavenly Sunday lunch...
Heavenly Sunday lunch... Wash and chop into a bowl a large, ripe Cache Valley tomato (two if small). Sprinkle a teaspoon or so of dried Herbes de Provence over the tomato, and stir in. Smell. Wait five minutes or so, until you've completely recovered from ripe tomato odor intoxication, and the herbs have hydrated. Drain and add a small can of garbanzo beans (or use some freshly hydrated ones if you were smart enough to prepare them the night before). Add a teaspoon or two of good mayonnaise (none of that Miracle Whip crap, please!). Stir. Enjoy!
