This morning The One made it abundantly clear that if Congress had the temerity to send him a continuing resolution (CR) to fund the government that included defunding Obamacare, he would veto it. This, he says, would result in a catastrophic “shutdown” of the federal government. Senator Ted Cruz (a Republican who supports defunding Obamacare) responded by tweeting:
