Curiosity: Collecting and Analyzing Martian Dirt...

Curiosity has successfully scooped up it's first “cup” of dirt, and has loaded it into the chemical laboratory.  This first sample won't be analyzed; it's just going to be vibrated through the entire laboratory to clean it out.  The next sample will actually be analyzed.
