The Obama administration wants to make it easier for those who owe money on student loans to avoid repayment. Guess who would be on the hook for them? Yep. You and me, and all the other tax-payers.
Remember this when you vote in November, would you, please?
What's annoying, is that I paid off my daughter's student loans so she could get out from under the interest. So she pays me back instead. Looks like I should have left it long enough and she would have just gotten a bail out. I guess doing the responsible thing... paying for my house, paying my bills, not over-extending, was a mistake all around.
