No, I haven't disappeared off the face of the earth. There's a mundane explanation, I'm afraid... I've been getting ready for a trip to our company's European User Conference (K10 EMEA), which starts on Monday in London. I'm leaving for the U.K. tomorrow morning, and I'll be abroad until the 30th. You'll hear from me occasionally during this time, and hopefully I'll even have some photos and video to share.
I'm making four presentations at the conference, and the following week I'll be visiting with a number of our customers and prospects. Most of the conversations I'm having revolve around a new product we're introducing in our Fall 2010 release (coming on October 1st). This new product is called "Runbook Automation", and my team is responsible for it now (a broader team of people developed it to the point it's at now; our job is to improve and extend it). I'll be busy!
