Well, I never have been real good at that sleeping thing. I count myself lucky when I get six or seven hours of uninterrupted shuteye, and that only happens a couple times a week on a good week. I also keep a very early schedule - generally I head for the pillows around 7 pm, read for a while, then nod off around 8 or 9. The alarm is set for 3 am most mornings, but it rarely wakes me up - I'm usually up by 2 am or so...
