We left home this morning at 4:30 am and cruised into Cedar City, Utah this afternoon 2:45 pm — 516 miles in 9 hours and 15 minutes (there's a time zone change). We're all a little tired and cramped after that long trip, especially because there's very little interesting stuff to see between Jamul and Cedar City, so we didn't stop very much at all.
Tomorrow we're planning to leave at about the same time, heading from Cedar City to Ouray, Colorado. Unlike today's trip, we'll be traveling through some of the finest scenery in America — I expect we'll be taking lots of little breaks.
